This website [Omnifolio.org] is owned and maintained by Omnifolio C.I.C., a Community Interest Company limited by guarantee and registered in England and Wales (No. 08347026) [and referred to heron as “we” or “us”].

We collect some demographic information such as age, gender and occupation also your answers to a series of psychometric/psychological questionnaires designed to help you measure, compare and understand aspects of your personality and other individual differences. We also collect website usage information using cookies (see section 7 below).

■ to enable us to construct a personality profile and other feedback reports to try and help you better understand your individual differences and, should you so wish, share some of this information with others
■ aggregate your response data with others in order to allow comparison with various sub-population groups (e.g. from a particular age group or employment type). Should you wish to opt-out of this then you can do so by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the title ‘Aggregation opt-out’
■ to provide you with the information, products and services you ask for
■ for statistical purposes when we evaluate our range of services
■ to personalise repeat visits to our website
■ to, very occasionally, tell you about changes to our service that we think may be of interest
■ to manage customer service queries.
4. Who will we share your information with?
We will not share your personally identifiable information (including email address) with anyone working outside the organisation without your explicit permission.
5. When can we contact you in the future?
We would like to, very occasionally, tell you about changes to our service that we think may be of interest (e.g. if a new feature becomes available). If you would like to opt-out of these notifications then please update your user preferences or send an email to email@example.com.
6. How long will we hold your information for?
We have a system of retention periods in place to ensure that your information is only stored whilst it is required for the relevant purposes or to meet legal requirements. Where your information is no longer required, we will ensure it is disposed of in a secure manner.
